
Business Development Executive

Aerodroid Tech is actively seeking an experienced and motivated Business Developer to join our dynamic team, focusing on expanding our client base within the US healthcare industry. This role is centered around acquiring new clients for our medical billing and RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) services, as well as nurturing long-term professional relationships.
This position offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your efforts will directly influence the growth and expansion of Aerodroid Tech's healthcare division.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage new business opportunities within the US medical billing and healthcare sector
Conduct targeted outreach to clinics, private practices, and hospitals
Present and demonstrate our RCM services and solutions effectively to potential clients
Collaborate with internal departments (billing, operations, tech) to tailor customized service proposals
Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals with healthcare providers
Maintain organized records of all outreach, progress, and pipeline activities using CRM tools
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory standards (HIPAA, ICD, CPT)
Represent Aerodroid Tech in meetings, virtual summits, and healthcare events
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong preference for medical billing or healthcare outsourcing
Solid knowledge of US healthcare regulations, HIPAA compliance, and RCM workflows
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and virtual communication tools such as Zoom
Highly motivated self-starter capable of independently achieving KPIs
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
Bonus: Prior network in the US healthcare sector or experience working with healthcare providers
