About the Role:

As a Research SDR – Lead Generation & Intelligence, you'll play a vital role in fueling sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying high-value leads. This role involves deep research into public and private sector organizations, tracking procurement trends, and analyzing buying behaviors to generate actionable intelligence. You'll build targeted prospect lists, support account managers with tailored insights, and maintain clean data in CRMs.

Responsibilities:

  • Research public and private sector organizations to identify potential leads.
  • Build targeted prospect lists using data sources, public records, and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Analyze procurement trends, organizational structures, and buying behaviors.
  • Maintain clean, categorized, and actionable data in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Track upcoming contracts, bids, and market shifts to surface new opportunities.
  • Support account managers with pre-call briefs and tailored prospect profiles.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in sales research or market intelligence (preferably for US-based clients).
  • Familiarity with information services, procurement data, or SaaS industries is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to extract insights from complex datasets.
  • Clear written communication and documentation skills.
  • Prior exposure to B2B lead generation campaigns is beneficial.

Work Timings:

This is a full-time role with flexible US Hours' Shift. Specific hours will be determined based on business needs and candidate availability.
