Maintenance Engineer

B. E (Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical)

Responsible for overseeing maintenance efforts across the organization.

• Ensuring that all operations are manufactured in a correct, cost-effective, and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements. Shall Improve operational maintenance systems, processes, and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being.

• Contribute towards the achievement of the company's strategic and operational objectives.

• Develop maintenance daily/weekly and monthly schedules and enforce them among maintenance team.

• Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues.

• Must have good IT skills, and interpersonal and team management skills. Ability to identify, define, and solve problems.
• Must be familiar with Programmable Logic Controllers, Auto Cad Software, manufacturing software, generators, CNC, systems & controls, and machine troubleshooting.
• Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs; a strong team player and leader who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
