About Us:

Bilal Arsalan & Co. is a professional Chartered Accountancy firm providing audit, accounting, taxation, and consultancy services. We are now focused on expanding our international client base and are looking for a seasoned Lead Generation Expert to independently take the lead in this effort.

Role Overview:

We're seeking a highly experienced Lead Generation Expert who can independently identify, approach, and convert international prospects into qualified leads for our firm. You will be responsible for building our international outreach from the ground up and directly contributing to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients globally, especially in Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia), the UK, and North America
  • Run outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other B2B platforms
  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our senior team
  • Maintain lead databases and provide weekly progress reports
  • Represent the firm professionally in initial communications with prospects

Requirements:

  • 5–6 years of solid experience in B2B lead generation (preferably in accounting, audit, or financial services)
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, Snov.io, Mailshake, etc.
  • Self-driven, able to work independently without a marketing or BD team
  • Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, or related fields are a plus

Compensation:

  • Monthly Base: Competitive (based on experience)
  • Working Hours: Flexible, but availability for GCC/UK business hours is preferred
