About Us:
Sharif Group is a leading conglomerate with a strong presence across diverse industries. As part of our continued digital transformation, we are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to enhance our decision-making capabilities through intelligent data reporting and dashboarding.

Position Overview:
The BI Developer will be responsible for developing interactive dashboards and reports, primarily leveraging Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 and Microsoft Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Oracle Report Development and deep familiarity with Oracle EBS schemas across key functional modules.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports based on Oracle E-Business Suite R12 ERP systems.

-Work extensively with Oracle 11g databases, including both EBS and customized applications.

-Utilize a strong understanding of Oracle EBS schemas in modules such as Financials, Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Production, and HR to develop robust BI solutions.

-Develop and optimize data models and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI, including advanced integrations and custom visual elements.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver insightful business reports.

-Present or demo previous BI solutions developed, if possible.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience with Oracle EBS R12, especially in developing reports and dashboards.

-Strong command over Oracle EBS database schemas across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR modules.

-Hands-on experience with Oracle Report Development tools and techniques.

-Expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including data transformation, DAX, and report publishing.

-Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Preferred:

-Ability to share or demonstrate previous BI projects or dashboards.

-Prior experience in large ERP implementations or support environments.
