Business Intelligence Developer
As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining MS Access databases and VBA applications to support business operations. Your responsibilities include working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and implement effective solutions using MS Access and VBA.

Key Tasks:
• Design, develop, and maintain MS Access databases and VBA applications to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Create efficient database structures to store and retrieve information using MS Access and VBA.
• Develop and maintain user-friendly interfaces and reports using MS Access and VBA.
• Optimize database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and accuracy of the developed solutions.
• Document technical specifications, system configurations, and user manuals.
• Provide user support and training as needed.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in MS Access and VBA development.

Requirements
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in MS Access and VBA development.
  2. Strong expertise in designing and developing MS Access databases and VBA applications.
  3. Thorough understanding of database concepts, SQL, and data modeling.
  4. Experience in creating complex queries, forms, and reports in MS Access.
  5. Proficiency in VBA programming and automation of tasks within MS Access.
  6. Familiarity with data integration and data migration processes.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  9. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
  10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
