Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in solar system sales (residential/commercial)
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to close high-ticket B2C deals (₨1 million+)
  • Familiarity with Lahore's market, areas, and client behaviors
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and working with warm digital leads
Responsibilities:
  • Convert inbound leads from Facebook & CRM into successful sales
  • Conduct customer visits, site evaluations, and system recommendations as needed
  • Coordinate with design/ops team for smooth handover
  • Follow up consistently with leads in the decision-making phase
  • Meet monthly sales targets with professionalism and trust-building approach
