The Business Development Manager role is responsible for running a business unit that handles goals as well as acting as a resource to the sales department in developing, selling, and maintaining digital marketing initiatives.

Job Specification

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide digital clients bi-monthly reporting using internal software and Excel spreadsheets.
  2. Assist in planning, developing, and closing digital sales proposals with Account Executives.
  3. Stay current on online advertising trends and innovations.
  4. Filter a wide array of possible solutions into a concise marketing plan within budget.
  5. Communicate needs, issues, and status of accounts effectively with Account Executives.
  6. Deliver excellent customer service, organization skills, and follow-up.
  7. Create digital display ads when necessary using Photoshop.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or related experience.
  2. 1 year of experience in digital media marketing.
  3. Exhibit a professional and positive attitude.
  4. Have conflict resolution experience and awareness.
  5. Strong written and oral communication skills.
  6. Effective time management.
  7. Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way.
  8. Follow and support a process consistently and thoroughly.
  9. Attention to detail and great organization skills.
  10. Enjoy working in a team environment.
  11. Proficient in Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
