Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in solution design, JIRA configuration, and business process improvement. The role involves gathering and translating requirements into scalable solutions, optimizing workflows and dashboards, and collaborating with Solution Architects and cross-functional teams. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, system integrations, and enterprise-level solution delivery is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Design and document end-to-end solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Create process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Work closely with Solution Architects and Developers to ensure requirements are met.
  • Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements or system enhancements.
  • Support the configuration and optimization of tools such as JIRA and other project management systems.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in business analysis.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and meet compliance standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong background in solution design and business process mapping.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA (configuration, workflows, dashboards) or similar tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of system integration concepts and data flows.
