We are looking for a proficient Odoo ERP Developer with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience to join our team. This is a remote position with flexible working hours, and the selected candidate will collaborate with clients across the globe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, customization, configuration, and implementation of ERP solutions to enhance and streamline business operations.

Required Skills

  • Design and develop Odoo apps, including new module development and customization.
  • Strong experience with Odoo (version 16 and above).
  • Ability to add, troubleshoot, and modify third-party apps available on the Odoo Apps Store.
  • Ability to analyze Business Requirements Document.
  • Experience with all Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Properties, Accounting, HR, Purchase, CRM, etc.).
  • Expertise in integrating Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Odoo's multi-company and multi-currency configurations.
  • Familiarity with Odoo's reporting and dashboard features.
  • Follow source code checking processes to maintain code in repositories.
  • Follow best practices for secure software development.
  • Data import using Odoo import tools as well as custom import using Python.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud hosting and deployment (e.g., Odoo.sh, DigitalOcean, Contabo, AWS, etc.).
  • Experience in website design and development, including B2B and B2C platforms.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills for remote work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • This role involves coordinating with customers and e-commerce vendors, managing product listings for upload to B2B/B2C platforms, and updating websites and business applications. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as required.
