As a highly skilled Senior Odoo Lead, you will be responsible for architecting robust enterprise applications, leading development and implementation efforts, and mentoring junior developers.

Key responsibilities include designing, customizing, and developing advanced Odoo modules to align with business processes and strategic goals. This involves working with stakeholders to gather requirements and delivering on project timelines while ensuring data integrity.

You will also lead the integration of Odoo with third-party applications and internal systems for seamless data flow. Additionally, you will optimize PostgreSQL databases and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks to ensure maintainability and performance.

Another key aspect of this role is providing technical leadership to the development team, including code reviews, best practices, and knowledge-sharing sessions. You will also support Odoo version upgrades and data migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.

Your success in this position will be measured by your ability to deliver high-quality results, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth and development of the organization.

  • Required Skills:
  • • Strong skills in Python and PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and administration
  • • In-depth understanding of the Odoo ORM, API, and module architecture
  • • Experience integrating Odoo with web services and third-party tools (REST APIs, XML-RPC, etc.)
  • • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges
  • • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • • A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and process improvement
  • • Proven experience as a Senior Odoo Lead on similar roles
