
Business Development Representative

We are seeking a driven and persuasive Sales/Business Development Representative to help scale our US-based construction cost estimation services. This role involves high-volume outbound calling to construction contractors with a focus on lead generation, qualification, and client conversion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calling to US-based construction contractors to introduce Antenity's electrical cost estimation services.
- Engage with prospects effectively, identify their estimation needs, and present tailored service benefits to generate qualified leads and appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, lead statuses, and follow-ups using CRM tools and internal reporting systems.
- Collaborate with the ops and estimation teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and to continuously refine outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics, including call volume, lead conversion rates, and appointment targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in an outbound B2B calling or sales experience (Construction/Estimation industry preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
- Exceptional English communication – clarity, pace, and tone matter.
- Proven ability to persuade and influence decision-makers, turning initial resistance into genuine interest through clear, value-driven communication
- Strong objection-handling skills with the ability to adjust pitch dynamically based on prospect reactions
- Proven experience in closing or converting leads
- Strong work and time management skills
- Ability to handle rejection, follow scripts, and think on your feet
- Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven
- Team player who thrives in a high-activity and fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with U.S business hours and a full-time on-site schedule
