Pakistan's Leading Interiors, Advertising Solutions Provider Company based in Karachi.

Job Description:

  • Design and develop 3D models and renderings of store layouts, elevations, and sections for mall projects.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and preferences.
  • Create photorealistic renderings and animations to showcase design concepts.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of retail design trends, mall layouts, and brand requirements.
  • Ensure designs meet brand guidelines, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architecture, interior design, and construction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender).
  • Experience with rendering engines
  • Strong understanding of retail design principles, mall layouts, and brand identity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail/mall design or similar projects.
  • Knowledge of design software like Autodesk, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with construction processes and building codes.

Other Details:

  • Work Mode: Full Time Onsite
  • Required Experience: 3-4 Years
  • Work Timings: 9AM - 6PM
