About the role

This is a role full of excitement, aesthetics, and speed. We are looking for a Visual Communication Designer to join our Creative Team. The role will be responsible for designing the brand identity for Conrad Labs. We will be looking forward to energetic and fresh designs for our social media marketing, posters, and collateral for online marketing, conferences, student outreach programs at jobs fairs and universities, internal stationery and interior design, and much more.

What will you do?
  • Design brand and culture content for social media (static, animated, or interactive).
  • Contribute to event branding: booths, career fairs, sponsorships, and internal activations.
  • Create high-quality visual assets: standees, backdrops, posters, presentations, etc.
  • Design and iterate on UI/UX for websites, microsites, and landing pages.
  • Build and maintain templates for social, marketing, and digital stationery.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement responsive, high-performance UI.
  • Contribute to fast-paced content creation across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
  • Bonus: Experience in photography and video production.

  • Attention to Detail: You have a sharp eye for typography, color, spacing, and consistency across platforms.
  • Design Passion: You're genuinely excited about visual storytelling and love using design to make experiences memorable and impactful.
  • 1-3 years of designing and delivering visual designs in cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive personality, self-motivated with excitement to put in ideas in front of the HR and management teams.
  • Good communication skills in English to be able to engage effectively with our marketing team and international clients.
  • Good knowledge of design and collaboration tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Invision, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects. Good knowledge and awareness of Microsoft Designer and Canva.
  • Knowledge and understanding of web and mobile designs, UX design, and tools like Figma, Zeplin, and Sketch would be a big plus.
  • Attention to Detail is a must.
  • Ability to step back and see the whole ecosystem and ensure that they provide designs that enhance the entire environment.
