  • Track market trends to identify potential opportunities for growth
  • Represent the agency at networking events, trade shows, and industry meetups
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities in CRM systems

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Proven experience in business development, preferably in the creative, design, or marketing industries

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
