X Autonomous is hiring for a Senior UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design (Web & Mobile):

Design intuitive, visually appealing, and functional interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes using tools like, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Ensure responsive, adaptive, and accessible design implementation (WCAG standards).
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of design with user needs and business goals.
Provide detailed design specifications and handoffs to development teams.

Graphic & Visual Design:

Design branding and marketing assets such as logos, social media creatives, banners, ads, brochures, and packaging.
Develop and maintain consistent visual identity, including brand color schemes, typography, and iconography.
Work closely with marketing and content teams to create compelling visual assets for campaigns.
Stay updated on design trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to projects.
Ensure timely delivery of all creative assets with a focus on quality and consistency.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Familiarity with tools like InVision, Axure, or similar for prototyping and collaboration.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end principles is a plus.
Understanding of accessibility guidelines and best practices for user-centric design.

Experience: 03-05 years

Location: Bahria Town Karachi - Onsite only
Office Timings: 9:00 am - 6:15 pm
