As a Social Media Marketer at Launchify LLC, you will play a key role in crafting and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness. You will manage our clients' social media accounts, create compelling content, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help shape and enhance our clients' online presence.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to achieve clients' goals and objectives.
  2. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  3. Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  4. Analyze social media performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing and business objectives.
  7. Manage social media ad campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
  2. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation.
  4. Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools to measure performance and ROI.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
  7. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
