We're Hiring: Software Developer - Python and C#

We're looking for a passionate and skilled Software Developer to join our team If you're enthusiastic about coding, solving complex problems, and building scalable applications — we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Strategy & Planning

  • Collaborate with developers, analysts & designers to build new applications
  • Plan & manage phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Assist in documenting software requirements and specifications
  • Research user and system needs
  • Explore and evaluate new tools, languages & technologies
  • Recommend and implement software upgrades & improvements
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code (C#, Python)
  • Test, debug, and troubleshoot software issues
  • Analyze performance & generate status reports
  • Maintain user manuals and technical documentation
  • Enhance and maintain web applications
  • Mentor junior developers and assist team members
  • Collaborate with IT and network teams to resolve technical issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 2-3 years of hands-on software development experience
  • Strong in C# and Python
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming
  • Experience with AWS and/or Azure
  • Knowledge of SOAP and REST APIs
  • Comfortable with Windows/Linux OS
  • Experience with MySQL, MS SQL, PostgreSQL
  • Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools
  • Aware of data privacy practices and compliance
  • Quick learner and tech-savvy
  • Excellent problem solver with attention to detail
  • Analytical, logical, and highly motivated
  • Creative mindset (especially for web/UI design)
