Job Title: Backend Developer (Node.js) –Experienced

Location: On-site (Pakistan)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Positions Available: 2

> About the Role:

We're looking for skilled Backend Engineers who thrive in a fast-paced development environment. You'll be building scalable backend systems, writing clean and maintainable code, and collaborating closely with the frontend team to deliver seamless user experiences.

> Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain robust, scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

Design and manage databases (MongoDB or PostgreSQL).

Implement secure authentication and authorization systems.

Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate APIs and business logic.

Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.

Architect backend solutions, ensure deployment readiness, and handle complex logic.

Focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.

> Requirements:

Solid experience with MongoDB or PostgreSQL.

Understanding of REST API principles.

Knowledge of authentication systems (e.g., JWT, OAuth).

Familiarity with Git and version control.

> Additional for Experienced Engineer:

Experience in designing scalable architectures and managing deployment pipelines.

Ability to lead backend projects independently and mentor junior developers.

Exposure to containerization (Docker), CI/CD, and cloud deployments is a big plus.

> Preferred:

Experience working on CRM or large-scale applications.

Understanding of DevOps practices is a bonus.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
