Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements
  • Conduct thorough manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure software quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and communicate testing results
  • Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools
  • Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Participate in product development meetings to provide input regarding testability and quality considerations
  • Monitor and report on software quality metrics to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role, with a solid understanding of software testing methodologies
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
