Telesales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Specialist, who is willing to join on an immediate basis.

Role Description:

The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products and services, generating and managing leads, providing customer support and service, and achieving sales targets within a specified deadline.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years proven experience in outbound Tele Sales (BPO, International Call Centers or the Financial Service Industry).
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service skills and experience in handling customer queries, issues, and complaints.
• Experience in lead generation and a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively; proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-based environment.
