Job Specification
  1. Ideal candidate should have experience in sales and marketing.
  2. Should be result-oriented and able to achieve targets.
  3. Should have leadership skills.
  4. Read from the organization's scripts for customers.
  5. Should be active and energetic.
  6. Engage in cold calling after clarifying customer queries and booking for sales.
  7. Maintain records of customer addresses, account information, and other necessary details on transfer sheets.
  8. Excellent communication skills in English are required as a telemarketing representative here in Pakistan for our Australian and Dubai clientele.
  9. Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.
  10. Handle rebuttals with customers while persuading them and informing them about our services.
  11. Meet or exceed sales goals.
