Markosol Technologies is focused on innovation and growth. We are looking to expand our team and are seeking an HR professional to help us scale quickly. This is a hybrid role with the potential for a full-time position based on performance.

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated HR professional to support our recruitment process, employee onboarding, and administrative functions. This role will be hybrid, with half the week spent on-site and the other half working remotely. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building a great workplace culture and helping us grow our team efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  • Post job openings and source candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist in creating job descriptions that align with company needs.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations:
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Help foster a positive work environment by assisting with employee engagement and addressing concerns.
  • Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries, providing support and guidance.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Assist in managing employee benefits, payroll, and compliance.
  • Employer Branding & LinkedIn Management:
  • Help manage the company's LinkedIn profile to attract top talent.
  • Develop content that showcases company culture and employee stories.
  • Engage with potential candidates on LinkedIn and build the company's employer brand.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to multitask and work independently in a hybrid work environment

Familiarity with LinkedIn and other job platforms

Organizational skills and attention to detail

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Requirements

  • Previous HR experience is preferred, but not required (entry-level candidates with a passion for HR are encouraged to apply).
  • Must be available to work on-site half the week and remotely for the other half.
  • Strong interest in developing an HR career and growing with a startup.
  • Hybrid work schedule (half the week onsite, half the week remote).
