Job Title: Creative Director
Salary: Competitive salary based on experience.

As a creative director, you will be responsible for managing graphic designs from conception to delivery. You will oversee the entire design process, ensuring that all projects meet the required standards.

The role involves reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality and providing constructive feedback to help them improve their skills. You will also liaise between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met and work closely with the Creative leadership to push the boundaries of what we are doing in the translation & localization industry.

You should be familiar with UX and UI basics, and aware of modern web design and UX trends. This knowledge will enable you to mentor and encourage creative team members to foster a positive work environment.

Your responsibility will extend to the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the creative team. You will report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution.

In addition, you will ensure that designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image and name. You will work with internal and external strategic partners to create products using the most current industry best practices.

Ultimately, your role will involve serving as a liaison between the marketing and creative team, driving collaboration and innovation to deliver exceptional results.
