We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of SAP S/4HANA projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing complex ERP implementations, with specific experience in SAP S/4HANA transformations across various modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.). This role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, and technical understanding of SAP systems.

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.

Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and resources.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, SAP consultants, and external vendors.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and risk registers.

Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile/Waterfall).

Facilitate change management and user training activities.

Drive stakeholder communication and manage executive-level reporting.

Manage testing, cut over, and go-live activities.

Monitor post-go-live support and issue resolution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (MBA or PMP certification is a plus).

6+ years of project management experience

Proven track record of delivering full-cycle SAP implementations or migrations.

Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or SuccessFactors (depending on project scope).

Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects or work streams simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP S/4HANA certification or training.

Experience in industry-specific SAP deployments (e.g., manufacturing, retail, utilities).

Exposure to cloud-based SAP deployments and integrations
