Role Description

We are actively seeking a talented Business Development Manager who is passionate about sales, confident on camera, and excels at engaging clients through video and phone communication.

This role is ideal for someone who loves networking, building long-term client relationships, and representing the company professionally both online and offline.

  • Key Responsibilities: Represent Tristar Technologies through engaging and professional online video content (product demos, promotional updates, Q&A sessions)
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing and potential customers to pitch services, answer inquiries, and provide solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth
  • Assist in designing and executing business development and sales strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to generate leads and close deals
  • Report on sales activity, client feedback, and market trends to leadership
  • Must be confident and comfortable appearing in online videos and live streams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer support, or business development is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
  • Knowledge of IT products, services, or networking solutions is beneficial but not mandatory (training will be provided)
