The Company

Owner Relations Technology is an IT company that is growing fast. We supply a unique software solution for Property Managers and Hoteliers worldwide. We specialize in the development of robust Owner Accounting and Owner Portal software solutions for Condo Hotels, Fractional Hotels, Timeshare Resorts, HOAs, Residence Clubs, and Property Management Companies. Our client base consists mainly of 4- and 5-star Resort hotels located throughout North America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia.

The Position

We are looking for a Project Manager to work with our Customer Support, Development Teams and other stakeholders to complete the software migration of 60 Hotel Resorts to the latest version of our software. This includes defining the scope of a project, creating and managing the project plan, identifying key stakeholders, ensuring all work is compliant with the relevant security standards, and completing the project within the deadline.

The selected individual will work in the Contour Software preferably from Islamabad office, working as part of the resource-center team, as an extension of the onshore R&D team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, manage, and carry out project plans to assure delivery and ensure project plans fulfill their objectives
  • Clearly defining project scope, costs, success criteria, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints with stakeholders.
  • Defining priorities and requirements and managing the project through planning, design, build, testing, and service transition phases.
  • Ensuring the agreed objectives and success criteria are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identifies and facilitates the resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Lead the generation of Project reporting, including KRIs, KPIs and other dashboards
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO
  • Manage escalated client issues

Job Qualifications
  • Three years minimum in project management SaaS/web-based systems.
  • Bachelor's in computer science, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Strong competency in Agile Scrum.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects on time.
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and an ability to communicate with internal and external customers at all levels, including management/non-technical audience.
  • Is easy to approach and builds rapport well.
  • Proficient at creating a schedule using MS Project (nice to have but not required) or similar tool.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, proposals, and other documentation as required.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and other records.
  • Experience with Office 365, Azure Dev Ops, Asana, Teams – Nice to have
