We specialize in business planning, corporate and individual tax returns, and financial management services. Our team helps clients streamline their accounting processes, maintain compliance, and achieve financial clarity through expert bookkeeping and advisory support.

Role Description

We are seeking a QuickBooks Specialist for a full-time, on-site position at our Mashriq Center office in Karachi.

This is a Night Shift role. Candidates must be available to work overnight hours.

The QuickBooks Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
  • Reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate data entry
  • Supporting clients with monthly/quarterly closes
  • Handling AP/AR transactions as needed within QuickBooks
  • Communicating effectively in English with clients and team members
  • Assisting with payroll, tax filings, and compliance tasks when required

Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Desktop & Online)
  • Ability to manage high-volume accounting transactions accurately
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
  • CPA or other accounting certifications are a plus
