Job Description

We're looking for a confident and skilled Sales Closer to join our team at Digitorm. In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging with warm leads generated through our PPC campaigns and cold calling efforts. Your main objective will be to communicate effectively with potential clients, understand their needs, present solutions, and successfully close deals over the call.

  • Handle incoming leads generated through paid ads and outbound campaigns
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify leads
  • Present service offerings clearly and persuasively over the phone
  • Address client concerns and provide tailored solutions to build trust
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms where necessary
  • Follow up with leads consistently to maintain the sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of closed clients
  • Maintain records of calls, conversations, and closed deals
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a sales closer or in a similar client-facing sales role
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence in handling discovery, pitch, objection-handling, and closing calls
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and drive urgency in the sales process
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Organized with the ability to manage follow-ups and maintain CRM logs
  • Must be comfortable working during night shift hours
  • Location: Onsite (mandatory)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT
  • Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
  • Commission will be provided on every successfully closed client
  • Work with high-intent leads generated through targeted PPC campaigns
