Turn Up Technologies is a fast-growing IT solutions company, providing cutting-edge services in website development, website design, mobile app development, and digital solutions for global clients. We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a Front Sales Closer to join us.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and confident Sales Closer who can handle Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and PPC leads, build strong client relationships, and close deals effectively. This is a night shift position aligned with US timings. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a proven ability to close sales, and the confidence to deal with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads from Meta and PPC campaigns.
  • Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and present tailored IT service solutions.
  • Close deals for services such as website development, design, app development, and digital IT solutions.
  • Build strong rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Closer or in a similar role (preferably IT services).
  • Strong understanding of website development, website design, and app development services.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and result-driven personality.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working night shifts (US timings).
  • Remote candidates are welcome.
