IHRP - CP | Building Partnerships with Business

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the team lead in payment and non-retail application-related projects, ensuring successful delivery and support.
  2. Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop effective solutions.
  3. Contribute to technology solutions for payment and non-retail applications (G3, SWIFT, AML, etc.).
  4. Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before deployment.
  5. Manage production activities such as software deployments and security patches.
  6. Address production issues promptly and coordinate with vendors and IT partners.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  8. Participate in project meetings, providing technical and business insights.
  9. Document applications to build organizational knowledge.
  10. Engage in departmental and bank initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
  2. Certifications in middleware, APIs, ITIL, AWS Cloud are advantageous.
  3. Minimum 2 years in application management.
  4. Experience with AWS cloud services is a plus.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Detail-oriented with a focus on stakeholders and customers.
  7. Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
  8. Interest in new technology trends.
  9. Result-oriented and capable of working independently.
