We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team at Phantom Cave Studio. In this role, you will be provided with qualified leads and be responsible for converting them into closed deals, all while maintaining the integrity of our brand identity. Your efforts will directly contribute to the studio's growth and success by building strong relationships with potential clients and ensuring they experience the full value of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Take provided leads and guide them through the sales process, from initial contact to final close, ensuring each interaction is aligned with Phantom Cave Studio's brand voice and values.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the studio's game portfolio, development capabilities, and unique selling points. Effectively communicate these to potential clients to showcase the value we bring.
  • Consultative Selling: Identify the specific needs of prospective clients, understand their pain points, and present customized solutions, emphasizing how Phantom Cave Studio can meet their gaming or business goals.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with leads, clients, and key stakeholders, positioning Phantom Cave Studio as a trusted partner in the gaming industry.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (such as marketing, development, and creative teams) to align sales strategies with product offerings and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all client-facing communication is in line with Phantom Cave Studio's brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and values.
  • Sales Reporting: Track progress against sales targets, providing regular updates on lead conversion, sales pipeline, and any challenges or opportunities to the Sales Manager.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions, addressing client concerns, and ensuring deals are closed in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the gaming, tech, or entertainment industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and maintain the company's brand voice in all communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert leads into sales and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry, including trends and market dynamics, is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
