We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented Marketing Manager with experience in the Fintech or Financial Services industry or worked on fintech-related projects. to oversee our digital and paid marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across various digital platforms, with a strong focus on lead generation, performance marketing, and mobile app advertising. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Paid & Performance Marketing
  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including display, social media, and paid search across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Apple Search Ads, and Google UAC.
  • Manage and optimize B2B lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Oversee paid search (PPC) and social media advertising strategies, ensuring high ROAS and efficient budget allocation.
  • Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages.
  • Manage mobile app advertising campaigns using Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms like AppsFlyer to track user engagement and optimize conversions.
SEO & Organic Growth
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical SEO enhancements.
  • Manage link-building initiatives and analyze search trends to stay ahead of competitors.
Data Analytics & Performance Tracking
  • Implement and oversee tracking, attribution, and measurement activities using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Produce monthly and ad-hoc performance reports, analyzing key metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, lead quality, and conversion rates.
  • Continuously track, measure, and refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
Content, Email & Social Media Marketing
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad copies, email campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Manage social media marketing efforts, ensuring brand consistency across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, including automation workflows and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Work closely with external agencies and vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Align paid marketing strategies with overall business goals and cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, and lead generation, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Experience managing mobile app advertising and proficiency with MMP platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer).
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in performance tracking, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience managing Apple Search Ads and Google UAC campaigns.
  • Background in fintech, or financial services marketing.
  • Experience in international marketing or personal experience living abroad.
  • Professional fluency in English and additional language skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website analytics tools is a bonus.
