The Executive is responsible for overseeing the efficient management of revenue-related processes, including billing, collections, complaint resolution, and adherence to legal and ethical standards. The primary objective is to ensure accurate and timely revenue realization while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires supervision and strategic coordination to achieve revenue targets, optimize operational efficiency, and safeguard the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure effective implementation of policies related to receivables management.
• Monitor the bill register for accuracy, completeness, and investigation of major variations.
• Oversee accurate and timely preparation and dispatch of monthly invoices.
• Drive recovery from active customers in line with assigned targets.
• Resolve billing complaints within defined TATs i.e. 24 hours for CRM and 12 hours for priority cases.
• Process customer account adjustment cases while maintaining complete audit records.

Qualifications

• BBA/MBA Finance and/or Accounting; ACCA; ICMA
• Business Communication
