Revenue Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an Executive to lead our revenue-related processes, including billing, collections, and complaint resolution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of revenue-related processes, ensuring accurate and timely revenue realization, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Implement effective policies related to receivables management.
  • Monitor bill registers for accuracy and investigate major variations.
  • Oversee preparation and dispatch of monthly invoices.
  • Drive recovery from active customers in line with assigned targets.
  • Resolve billing complaints within defined TATs.
  • Process customer account adjustment cases while maintaining complete audit records.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting or a relevant field is required.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
