About The Role

As an Order Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our order management processes. You will leverage your expertise to support the operations department with critical tasks such as creating non-standard and complex quotes, generating order forms, completing sales orders, and overseeing the end-to-end processing of deals. Your contributions will be key to driving operational efficiency and ensuring our sales orders are processed accurately and on time.

Given the supportive nature of our Fin Ops team, a team-first mentality and the ability to work seamlessly with others is essential. In this fast-paced role, you will be expected to uphold the highest standards of quality while navigating multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do
  1. Manage complete Sales Force Quote to Cash cycle
  2. Identify and resolve Q2C technical issues
  3. Provide guidance on complex deal structures
  4. Quote Creation and Completion
  5. Order Cancellation
  6. Account Renewals
  7. Contract Buyout Quotes
  8. Opportunity Stage Amendments
  9. Package Upgrade/Downgrade
  10. Vendor Finance deals
  11. Account Audits
  12. Account Mergers
  13. Constantly liaising with other departments to resolve cases
What We're Looking For
  1. Graduate in Business Management disciplines, preferably Finance or Accounts
  2. Strong Business Communication Skills in English
  3. 2+ years of professional work experience
  4. Proficient experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
  5. Knowledge and experience of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  6. Prefer experience working with ERP systems
  7. Very organized, meticulous, and detailed in entering information
  8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with special attention to accuracy and detail
  9. Self-starter with a proven ability to take ownership of job responsibilities and ensure successful completion of all projects and requests
  10. Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in high-volume workload situations
