About the Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing customers for our new physical product. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, proven experience in online selling, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound sales through email campaigns and phone calls to prospects and leads.
  • Present and demonstrate the value proposition of the physical product to potential customers.
  • Follow up with leads in a timely manner and convert them into customers.
  • Manage and update customer interactions and sales pipelines in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales messaging.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback from customers to improve the product and sales process.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in online or remote sales, preferably selling physical or tech products.
  • Strong English Communicationand relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to persuade and build rapport quickly over the phone or via email.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Should be target-oriented, hard-working and punctual.
Nice to Have:
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or selling complementary tech products.
  • Familiarity with email automation tools and sales prospecting platforms.
  • Understanding of SaaS or software-based business models.
