About the Role:As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing customers for our new physical product. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, proven experience in online selling, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound sales through email campaigns and phone calls to prospects and leads.
- Present and demonstrate the value proposition of the physical product to potential customers.
- Follow up with leads in a timely manner and convert them into customers.
- Manage and update customer interactions and sales pipelines in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales messaging.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide feedback from customers to improve the product and sales process.
- 2+ years of experience in online or remote sales, preferably selling physical or tech products.
- Strong English Communicationand relationship-building skills.
- Ability to persuade and build rapport quickly over the phone or via email.
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Should be target-oriented, hard-working and punctual.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or selling complementary tech products.
- Familiarity with email automation tools and sales prospecting platforms.
- Understanding of SaaS or software-based business models.
