Job Summary

As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with clients in the US and a team of 20+ web developers to ensure project success. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate project status meetings, resolve roadblocks, and ensure projects meet quality requirements and are completed within schedule.

Main Responsibilities

Project Coordination: You will be responsible for daily project coordination with clients and the technical team to ensure projects stay on track. This includes coordinating project status meetings, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring projects meet quality requirements and are completed within schedule.

Team Optimization: You will suggest methods to utilize development teams and resources in the most efficient manner, increasing productivity, reducing the development cycle, and enabling project completion ahead of schedule.

Recruitment and Team Expansion: You will help determine current and future requirements of team expansion and coordinate recruitment efforts, including advertising, interviewing, shortlisting, offering, and onboarding.

Process Improvement: You will work to improve SDLC processes to ensure products are delivered with high quality and a shorter overall time to market.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a project coordinator interacting with web development teams and clients is required.

Skills: Experience with the software development life cycle, excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in English communication are required.

Preferred Skills: Hands-on experience with web development in ASP.NET or PHP and experience working with Software Outsourcing Services companies for US clients are preferred.
