Merchandiser for Retail Store in Multan (Full-time, Visa Sponsorship Available)

Our retail store in Multan is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandise strategies to drive sales and maximize profits. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans based on market trends and customer demand
- Analyze sales data to identify top-selling products and adjust inventory accordingly
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and negotiate pricing
- Collaborate with store managers to create visually appealing displays that attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or clearance of slow-moving items
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper implementation of merchandising plans and provide feedback on product placement and stock levels

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer preferences
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers to achieve favorable pricing terms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
