We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML Developer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site position working the night shift (EDT time zone). What You Will Do:

• Need to complete Upwork client task on time with best practices.
• Direct communication with client.
• Propose solutions and implement them with high accuracy.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Work with large datasets to build, train, and optimize machine learning algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and product managers to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Implement and maintain AI/ML pipelines, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Use Git for version control and participate in deployment workflows.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to AI/ML systems.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and best practices.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1.5 to 2 years experience in AI/ML development or relevant internships/projects.
• Strong programming skills in AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with structured and unstructured data.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools.
• Domain expertise in specific industries (healthcare, finance, robotics) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision techniques.
• Experience with databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and data querying.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bonus: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML services.
• Bonus: Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML model deployment.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to independently manage and deliver AI/ML projects.
• Comfortable working full-time on-site during the night shift (EDT time zone).
• Take efficient and pro active decision and propose generic solutions.
