About the Job

We are seeking an Associate Software Engineer – AI/ML to join our team. This dynamic position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications, collaborating closely with senior engineers to drive innovation and efficiency.
  2. Implement machine learning algorithms, optimize performance for scalability and efficiency, and ensure data integrity through meticulous data preprocessing.
  3. Work with large datasets, utilizing industry-standard tools and frameworks to support model training, evaluation, and fine-tuning.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to drive project success.
  5. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for AI/ML applications, adhering to best practices in software development.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  2. Proficiency in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.) and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  3. Understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and deep learning techniques, as well as knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
  4. Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment techniques, with exposure to software development best practices, including version control (Git).
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Internship or project experience in AI/ML, with knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
  2. Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques to communicate insights effectively.
