Nehal & Sons Group is expanding rapidly across East Africa, with active operations in Kenya and Tanzania in the healthcare and FMCG sectors. We are seeking a talented and organized Sales Coordination & Support Executive to join our Karachi Head Office and support our international sales and e-commerce operations.

This is a key support role responsible for coordinating with the field sales teams in Kenya and Tanzania, processing B2B/B2C orders, tracking performance, and managing online sales operations — all from our Karachi office.

• Coordinate daily with sales teams in Kenya and Tanzania to track field visits, sales reports, and order status.
• Maintain CRM records, sales logs, and visit tracking sheets for all territory reps.
• Prepare accurate sales dashboards, performance summaries, and KPI reports.
• Process distributor and retail orders and coordinate dispatches with warehouse/logistics partners in Africa.
• Monitor online orders via website, marketplaces (e.g., Jumia), and WhatsApp; ensure timely fulfillment and delivery tracking.
• Act as the main communication hub between Pakistan-based finance, marketing teams and field sales operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or relevant discipline.
• 2–4 years' experience in sales support, order processing, or e-commerce operations.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce), and order tracking systems.
• Strong coordination and reporting skills, with fluency in English.
• Familiarity with Shopify or any ERP system is a plus.
