Job Description
  • Receive customer requests through the sales department, contact prospective vendors/suppliers for quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
  • Prepare and send sales quotations to customers and follow up in coordination with the sales department.
  • Receive Purchase Orders and prepare sales orders with the approval of the Head of Finance & Accounts.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department to raise invoices.
  • Ensure timely and proper delivery of goods to customers in other cities.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve sales targets.
  • Retain existing customers and acquire new ones.
  • Participate in RFQs, tenders, and proposals, providing feedback or results.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
  • Preferably a graduate in Science or Commerce with two years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with software such as SAP, ERP, etc.
  • Familiarity with IT products and procurement processes.
  • Proficient in Excel.
