Position: Accounts & Finance Executive

Job Overview:

Narsun Studios is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive with 1+ years of experience, preferably in an IT or tech-based company. The ideal candidate will support our finance team with day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and documentation.
  • Prepare and process invoices, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements.
  • Assist in month-end closings and the preparation of financial statements.
  • Manage petty cash, bank reconciliations, and account tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support tax return filings.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external auditors as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Preferred experience in an IT, software, or tech-based company.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with ERP or cloud-based finance systems.
  • Familiarity with project-based accounting or SaaS billing models.
