Job Title: Experienced Upwork Bidder (Web Design & Development Sales)

Who We're Looking For:

We're hiring a high-performing Upwork bidder who knows how to hunt, pitch, and close website design and development projects. You must have proven success on Upwork and a deep understanding of the web design and development industry. Your role is to bring in serious business – not just leads, but contracts that align with our standards and vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Write custom, compelling proposals for design and development projects.
  • Strategically identify high-potential jobs that fit our services.
  • Communicate confidently with clients, understand their needs, and close deals.
  • Maintain records of bids, follow-ups, and performance.
  • Collaborate with our creative and dev teams to understand offerings and refine our pitch.

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience as a bidder or business development specialist on Upwork (with visible stats).
  • Deep knowledge of website design and development (you must know what you're selling).
  • Excellent written English with the ability to pitch creatively and persuasively.
  • A track record of generating revenue via Upwork or similar platforms.

Bonus If You:

  • Have worked with creative or tech agencies before.
  • Understand trends in branding, UI/UX, and full-stack development.
