Executive Assistant

Location: Remote (Must be based in Karachi, Pakistan)

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a highly motivated and intelligent Remote Executive Assistant to join our team. This position is remote, but candidates must be based in Karachi, Pakistan.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist executives in day-to-day tasks with a focus on real estate investment operations.
2. Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and other administrative duties.
3. Manage and organize complex data sets using Excel.
4. Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:

1. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
2. High aptitude and quick learner.
3. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
4. Ability to adapt to varying tasks and responsibilities.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Interview Process:

1. Remote screening before February 1st.
2. In-person interviews in Karachi from February 1st to 10th.

Compensation:

Monthly salary range: 100,000 to 150,000 PKR.
