We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to assist in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Freshers or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of HR functions is a plus (Training will be provided)

Female Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Support employee engagement initiatives

Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Timing: 8 am to 5 pm
