POSITION SUMMARY
Ensure specific services in Quality Assurance area for the factory. Support activities to achieve compliance with the Nestlé Quality Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards. Also support Nestlé Continuous Excellence program in the quest for zero defect.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …
1. Contribute to the development of competence of quality professionals.
2. Promote quality awareness and commitment to quality across the unit.
3. Define and update the specific quality procedures, instructions and tools in the area of technical expertise.
4. Contribute to define and follow-up on quality KPIs and set operational objectives in collaboration with the Factory Quality Manager.

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?
1. Exposure to different jobs within the factory and/or other market organizations.
2. Experience in Quality Specialist job.
3. Able to work with cross-functional teams.
4. Ability to communicate efficiently internally and externally.
