Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Ambassador to drive client loyalty, grow existing business, and improve profitability.

The Ambassador will be responsible for developing a strategic growth plan at the territory level and leveraging it daily.

  • Develop a strategic growth plan at the territory level and leverage it daily.
  • Work weekly with clients on business processes and amplify their health systems via CRDx globalized frameworks.
  • Conduct client business reviews every 90 days to ensure commitments are honored and needs are addressed.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Act as the primary contact for clients to handle issues or support requests, including ordering, shipping inquiries, and product issues.
  2. Support renewal of existing business with the Enterprise team early in the process to prevent competition entry.
  3. Work with clients to ensure full utilization of Abbott solutions.
  4. Assess instrument utilization and inefficiencies, working with clients to maximize testing capabilities.
  5. Analyze test menu and ordering patterns to identify gaps and provide solutions.
  6. Add solutions like assays, software, and services to meet client priorities and improve efficiencies.
  7. Deliver operational insights to impact client KPIs through assays, DHS, Hematology, and other solutions.
  8. Drive adoption of Alinity, Hematology, and Digital Health Solutions at every account.
  9. Manage post-sales activities, including operating Alinity instruments, installing and configuring assays, and performing calibration and method comparisons.
  10. Articulate our value proposition and consult with clients to improve operations and KPIs.
  11. Provide insights to clients and internal teams; develop relationships with stakeholders such as Lab Directors, Department Supervisors, IT Managers, and Medical Directors.
  12. Maintain high NPS scores at each account and address NPS hot sheets.
  13. Leverage marketing collateral for client presentations, workshops, and reviews; participate in implementation activities and oversee progress with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably BE/ME in Biomedical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in the diagnostic industry, focusing on managing and expanding accounts.
  • A proven track record supported by management and customer references.
  • Excellent product and industry knowledge.
  • Understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamics.
  • Strong solution selling and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
