Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele sales Representative located in the Karachi Division. The Tele sales Representative will be responsible for conducting outbound sales calls, following up on leads, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include promoting AES Express services, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires proactive communication and the ability to effectively present and explain our services to potential clients.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales, customer service, and relationship management
  • Excellent telephonic and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the courier or logistics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
